A Very Special Family

The Pascuzzi's have been very close family friends of ours for over 20 years! Richard and Kathy have been like a second set of parents for me...so much so that Richard walked me down the isle when I got married! He has always been a father figure to me. Kathy is one of my moms closest friends and is a special woman in my life. She always makes me smile and knows how to make me feel special. I look forward to any opportunity I get to be with them! I started babysitting their kids, Casey and Erin when I was 12 (or was it 11...yes, I was a very young babysitter), grew to love this family very much and in return was accepted and loved as a part of their family...and still am today.

On February 7th, their beautiful daughter, Erin, got married to the man of her dreams, Eric Pastore! They had a very sweet ceremony at SMU Perkins Chapel and then a fun reception at the Ritz Carlton! It was a wonderful night and I am so happy for Erin. She has grown into an absolutely GORGEOUS woman both inside and out and I know that she will make a fabulous wife.

It's also been fun watching Erin's brother Casey grow into the handsome man and sweet father he is today.....I still can't believe he became a dad before I became a mom! :)

Casey and his beautiful wife Katie

Casey and Katie have a daughter who turned one in December. Carmen was the flower girl and the dress she is wearing was Kathy's bridal gown that they had cut down for her. How special! Casey escorted Carmen down the isle and it was so precious!

I love this picture of Kathy! She is a beautiful mother of the bride!

Erin, I am so proud of you and so happy that the Lord gave you such an amazing husband! You deserve it! You were such an elegant bride and the glow on your face shows how happy you are! I am proud of you! Thanks for sharing your dad with me on my wedding day!
